חג החנוכה מגיע, החג בו קומץ אנשים נאבק למען מה שהם מאמינים בו, כך גם אנחנו נרכב למען שבילים, ונסתפק בפך שמן קטן לשימונים קטנים, ונראה איך עם שתי גלגלים אפשר להתנייד בעיר ביומיום, בלי יותר מדי רעש וצלצולים.
אז כמדי חודש, נצא לרכיבה המונית שבה נראה איך אפשר לעשות את זה אחרת – וכמה טוב יהיה בעיר ברגע שיחליטו לתת מקום ראוי לרוכבים ולהולכי הרגל. נדרוש עוד שבילים, עוד מסילות, עוד חניות ועוד חינוך לתרבות אופניים – וכמובן שנעשה הרבה כיף כמו תמיד.
נתכנס בעירייה בשעה 10:00 לרכיבה משותפת שבסופה נשב לאכול משהו*, עוגה, לשתות בירה ולדבר איך אפשר להמשיך להיאבק למען עיר טובה יותר.
הרכיבה עצמה היא כשעה, מוזמנים להצטרף בכל שלב או ישר לבירה בסוף

* הרכיבה בקצב נוח ושווה לכל רגל. לא צריך להיות בכושר עילאי או להביא אופניים של מקצוענים. מדובר ברכיבה קבוצתית על הכביש, שם כולנו שומרות אחת על השני.
* למי ששואל – הכול חוקי ואין צורך באישור מהמשטרה. אנחנו שומרים על חוקי התנועה.

Hanukkah is coming, the holiday when few struggled for what they believe in, so too will we bike for infrastructure, and settle for a small jug of oil for chain lubrication. We will show how with two wheels you can move around the city daily, without too much noise or traffic.
So as every month, we will go on a critical mass ride where we will show how it can be done differently, and how good it will be in the city once they decide to give a proper place to cyclists and pedestrians. We will need more paths, more lock zones and more bicycle culture education. But of course, we will have a lot of fun as always.
We will gather at the municipality at 10:00 for a communal ride at the end of which we will sit down to eat something*, a cake, drink a beer and talk about how we can continue to fight for a better city.
The ride itself is about an hour, feel free to join at any stage or simply for the beer at the end

* For those who ask – everything is legal and there is no need for approval from the police. We abide by traffic laws.
* The rides are part of a critical mass movement that take place every month in hundreds of cities around the world. This is a movement without leadership, and anyone who wants to participate in the riding organization is very welcome!
